Line Cook
Urban Hearth is hiring dedicated and passionate line cooks to join our June 2026 opening team. After ten years in operation, we are moving to a newly designed space in Inman Square.
We’ve built our reputation around thoughtful, seasonal cooking and a deep connection to the farms and producers we work with. As we transition from our intimate North Cambridge space into a larger, purpose-built restaurant, we are growing our team and expanding what we’re able to do, while staying grounded in the values that have always guided us.
Led by James Beard–nominated chef Erin Miller and recently included in the 2026 Michelin Guide, Urban Hearth is known for innovative, hyper-seasonal cuisine rooted in local sourcing, sustainability, and thoughtful hospitality. Our kitchen is open and our team is small by design - fostering collaborative work and open, authentic dialogue with our diners. We care about how things are made, how we work together, and how we continue to improve. We’re looking for cooks who take their craft seriously, who are curious and engaged, and who want to be part of a kitchen where learning, mentorship, and high standards are part of the everyday rhythm of the job.
