Developmental Specialist
- Partner with families to develop and implement fun, individualized activities that support each child’s developmental goals
- Collaborate with families to create treatment plans and assist them in accessing community resources
- Provide services in accordance with Department of Public Health (DPH) regulations
- Adapt activities to a variety of settings, ensuring engagement and growth in each child’s natural environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on developmental assessments and progress notes

- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or Special Education (required)
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families
- Strong knowledge of infant and child development, mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and treatment techniques
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
