Accounts Payable

Currently seeking an Accounts Payable for a fulltime temporary to permanent or permanent position in Walpole, MA. A great opportunity to work with a trusted partner to market leaders

Responsibilities of Accounts Payable:

-Print and file emailed invoices from vendors

-Match invoices to accounts payable receipts and accruals

-Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with accounts payable invoices

-Verify and enter VISA charges from monthly statements

-Scan, file, and save all paper and electronic documents including packaging slips and invoices

-Complete online payments to venders, and see approval to pay non-inventory invoices

Maintain all spreadsheets and logs including, Credit memo logs, tariff and surcharge fees, and tooling

Prepare and distribute all accounts payable related reports

Answer and direct incoming calls as well as guests entering facility

Maintain vendor relationships including online logins and passwords

-Schedule services as needed

-Perform other Accounts Payable tasks as assigned

Requirements of Accounts Payable

-Minimum Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; OR 10+ years of relevant experience

-3 years accounting experience

-Strong computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office

-Experience with ERP software in manufacturing environment

-Possess understanding of US GAAP

-Great analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work with minimum supervision

Hours: 7:30am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000/year
