ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale high-performance software that powers mission-critical enterprise data workflows. In this role, you'll work on challenging technical problems, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and contribute to systems used at scale by global customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software systems
• Build features and platform capabilities across a modern enterprise data stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product improvements
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve system reliability and performance
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
• Help shape technical direction as the platform continues to evolve

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals; CS or Computer Engineering degree preferred
• Experience building production software in a product-focused environment
• Hands-on coding ability in Java, C++, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with complex technical systems
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across teams
• Experience in cloud or distributed environments is a plus
• Bonus points for experience in data platforms, enterprise software, or infrastructure-heavy systems

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Experience at a strong product company or scaling technology organization
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, and code review workflows
• Exposure to cloud platforms, service-oriented architecture, or platform engineering
• Interest in working with AI-adjacent infrastructure and enterprise-grade systems

LOCATION

in-office expectation of 3 days per week.

COMPENSATION

Competitive total compensation package, typically ranging from approximately $200,000 to $500,000 depending on experience and level.
