Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience working as an OT in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with OT-related assessments, treatment planning, and documentation as required in education
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create engaging, goal-oriented activities tailored to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-5 students in accordance with their IEPs and school goals
• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student participation and success
• Maintain timely, organized documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence
