Salary: $71,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year, plus Bonus

The ideal candidate is someone who is not only licensed to practice law in Massachusetts but also brings 1-5 years of family law experience to the table. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law to provide informed counsel.
- Collaborate with senior attorney and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices within the firm.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance legal skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- 1-5 years of experience in family law preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
