HVAC Technician Multi-Site Canton MA
About the Role:
John Flatley Co, a respected leader in Construction/Real Estate, is expanding its in-house services by launching a dedicated Plumbing and HVAC team that will build our new properties and service our existing properties. We're seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to help build this department from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair commercial and/or residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform corrective actions
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize system efficiency
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and corporate standards
• Collaborate with internal departments and field technicians across disciplines
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of HVAC installation and service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a new, growing team
