Lead the administration of meaningful employee benefits as our Benefits Specialist in Cambridge.

Proclinical is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on managing and overseeing the administration of employee benefit programs and leave processes. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and leave administration processes.
• Familiarity with FMLA, state leave regulations, and disability programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in coordinating with carriers and payroll systems.

The Benefits Specialist's responsibilities will be:

• Oversee and manage the daily administration of US employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness programs, and other applicable fringe benefits.
• Administer and manage employee leave programs, including FMLA, state-specific leaves, short- and long-term disability, and company-specific leave policies.
• Coordinate carrier case management and participate in status calls.
• Handle state leave pay offsets and ensure accurate payroll coordination.
• Conduct pre-leave meetings, provide updates to employees during their leave, and manage return-to-work processing.
