Chief Medical & Scientific Office ABP/Executive Assistant
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior healthcare leadership, including Chief Health Officer (CHO), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), or equivalent clinical leaders.
- This role is critical in enabling leadership effectiveness by managing complex scheduling, streamlining communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across functions and time zones.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and judgment
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Coordinate leadership meetings, clinical reviews, and events, including logistics and materials
- Support operational workflows, including budget tracking, procurement, and ad hoc projects
- Handle sensitive clinical and business information with a high level of confidentiality and judgment
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Business Partner, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Direct experience supporting senior healthcare leadership, including CHO, CMO, CSO, or equivalent clinical executives (required)
- Proven experience managing complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Experience operating in healthcare, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated environments
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
