Building Evolution Is Looking For a Team Member With

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, building technology, or similar. .
  • 5+ years of experience as a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius), including HERS ratings on multifamily buildings.
  • Certifying projects under ENERGY STAR Homes / Multifamily New Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, EGC, and Zero Energy Ready Homse.
  • Performing take-offs on enclosure, MEP, and lighting systems.
  • Performing on-site inspections, including blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing using diagnostic testing equipment.
  • Demonstrable experience with common energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modeling softwares. Experience with eQuest, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, WUFI, and THERM a plus.
