Job Summary

As a Director of Dining Services at Flik Independent School Dining, you will lead an outstanding team at The Fessenden School, a prestigious boarding school in Newton, MA. Here, you will support the year-round food service operation, feeding 400 students and 125 boarders. This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your validated leadership and culinary expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and provide top-quality food
• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Efficiently implement new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is crucial
• Previous experience leading a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
