Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Part-Time, In-Person Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong face to face connections and has a passion for making a real difference in the senior health care community. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing inquiries and community partnerships by establishing and nurturing relationships with network referral providers throughout our Massachusetts territory.

In-Person position, remote at-home admin – Work in person in the community to visit referral providers and build relationships and convert referral providers to partnerships, 15-20 hours/week. This 15-20 hours will also include any admin work (logging in Salesforce, contacting referral partners for booking meetings) from the comfort of your own home!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and maintain strong in-person relationships with network referral providers (Doctors, case managers, social workers, directors of facilities, etc.) with the main goal of generating new inquiries and referrals to our home care services. We need a friendly and strong sales member to be the face of Home Instead in the community, and someone who can push relationships to the next level to ultimately yield grow our referrals.
  • Conduct in-person visits 15-20 hours/week to referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and other community organizations in order to expand our network and help create new relationships for referral opportunities.
  • Represent Home Instead Home Care at local marketing events, hospital networking meetings, and other community networking opportunities to promote our home care services.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and business growth.
  • Track and report on all marketing activities, referral relationships, and inquiry metrics in Salesforce to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to help refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in Relationship Management : Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture professional relationships, ideally within a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
  • Knowledge of Local Healthcare Landscape : Familiarity with the healthcare providers, organizations, and resources in Southern New Hampshire, enabling effective networking and partnership development.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales or business development roles, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth through relationship building and lead generation.
  • Understanding of Marketing Metrics: Familiarity with key marketing performance indicators such as conversion rates, lead generation, and return on investment, to effectively analyze and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in building and maintaining referral relationships, adapting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Community Engagement Skills : Demonstrated involvement in community activities or initiatives, showcasing a genuine interest in contributing positively to the local community's well-being.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment, adjusting strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions or organizational needs.
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating the value proposition of Home Instead's services.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in tracking and documenting marketing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Continuous Learning Orientation: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and healthcare, seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook: Ability to quickly grasp software and adapt to different tools for tracking and documenting.
