Job Details:

• Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Waltham, MA, and surrounding areas
• Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week - guaranteed 32 hours per week
• Duration: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
• Productivity: 25 per week
• Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget, blended pay packages available for travelers; most common range $50-$58 per hour
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, .
• Mileage: 48c Mileage Reimbursement visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior agency field home health experience is required
• Software: Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required
• Licensure: Active Massachusetts RNLicense
• Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification fromAmerican Heart Associationor American Red Cross, Oasis Certified strongly preferred
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
