The Role: A Brief Overview

As a CNC Machining Expert , your primary task will involve managing machine load cycles and identifying any operational malfunctions such as tool wear or damage. Your role is vital to our production process, requiring seamless communication with team members and ensuring that the workspace remains organized, clean, and safe.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Efficiently load, cycle, and unload parts on CNC equipment.
• Employ basic measurement tools for quality inspection.
• Ensure production targets are consistently met.
• Inform your supervisor promptly about any defects or irregularities.
• Keep detailed logs of product inspections.
• Adhere strictly to OSHA and Pace’s safety protocols.
• Execute work following detailed instructions.
• Be ready to take on assigned duties flexibly.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings or blueprints.
• Precisely inspect product dimensions using precision instruments.
