Currently BASF is looking for Sales Intelligence Officer to join their growing Baltic team.

Your role:

• Lead various projects via customer loyalty programs, driving initiatives to enhance customer engagement and sales growth.
• Manage data collection and integration using internal team tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Analyze sales and market potential to identify opportunities and trends, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams for data-based planning.
• Prepare and maintain Power BI dashboards and other tools for insights and reporting to support decision-making.

What is expected:

• University degree.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analysis or data intelligence.
• 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Open-minded, flexible, and cultural agile.
• Proficiency in MS office tools, especially Excel; Experience with Power BI and data visualization is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
