Currently BASF is looking for Sales Intelligence Officer to join their growing Baltic team.
Your role:
- Lead various projects via customer loyalty programs, driving initiatives to enhance customer engagement and sales growth.
- Manage data collection and integration using internal team tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Analyze sales and market potential to identify opportunities and trends, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams for data-based planning.
- Prepare and maintain Power BI dashboards and other tools for insights and reporting to support decision-making.
What is expected:
- University degree.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis or data intelligence.
- 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Open-minded, flexible, and cultural agile.
- Proficiency in MS office tools, especially Excel; Experience with Power BI and data visualization is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
