Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible shift options available
- Start dates available: 5/4 or 5/18
- Four weekend shifts required per scheduling period
In this specialized NICU environment, you’ll contribute to the care of premature and critically ill newborns, advocating for best patient outcomes while immersing yourself in the latest neonatal technology and care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
- Current experience in a Level III or higher NICU setting preferred
- NRP and BLS certifications required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills for neonatal patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to neonates with complex medical needs
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate care plans
- Educate, support, and communicate compassionately with families
- Collaborate with neonatologists, specialists, and ancillary staff
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
