SDC - IGA Senior Analyst

Join EY and help to build a better working world. The Role EY is seeking a Technical Analyst to support our client’s Identity & Access Management Team. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers with a focus on SailPoint application adoption. The analyst will join forces with the team lead and other analysts to ensure our business objectives become reality in our Identity & Access Management Adoption program area. The Team The team is responsible for supporting our client’s internal IAM team as they look to protect the enterprise from external and internal threats against their infrastructure, data and systems. As a member of IAM Adoption, you will be part of a team that is front line to ensuring protection of key assets by supporting system owners with adoption to critical access controls. The Expertise And Skills You Bring- 8+ years’ experience as systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices. Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related field
- SailPoint integration and onboarding experience
- SailPoint certification
- Excellent experience with excel, SQL and confluence
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools
- Expert understanding of complex business needs and challenges with a keen ability to influence product strategy to enable customer success
- Expertise in eliciting requirements from non-technical and technical stakeholders across the enterprise and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria with a focus on user needs
- Expert mastery of advanced business analysis techniques and product ownership skills including translating analysis into actionable insights to inform product and team objectives
- Expert ability to conduct research and analysis independently including applying data-driven insights, constructing complex diagrams and visualizations, and documenting current and future state of complex projects
- Functions as a domain expert of team’s product(s) and processes and seeks opportunities to document and share knowledge to prevent single point of failure
- Successfully navigates competing priorities and aligns teams across the enterprise to drive strategic, product delivery
- Champions and leads cross-team and cross-product area collaboration to drive strong business outcomes
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including proposing informed solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles and leverages agile ways of working to improve product delivery on team
- Creates and maintains complex documentation for reference by external teams and stakeholders including product documentation, technical diagrams, and business requirement documents
- Operates with a continuous improvement mentality and mentor's junior analysts by sharing expertise and cultivating curiosity
- SailPoint certification
- Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates are a plus.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $77,500 to $140,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $92,900 to $160,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
