IT Support Technician

Compensation Range: $50-60/ Hour

The client is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to deliver high-touch technical support across a combined warehouse and office environment during a large-scale facility transition. Job Summary
•Provide white glove desktop support for end users in a walk-up IT support environment
•Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu operating systems for laptops, desktops, docking stations, scanners, thin clients, and peripherals
•Provision and deploy devices for new users, including workstation setup, connectivity resolution, and hardware replacements
•Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, documentation, deployment, decommissioning, and recycling
•Escalate Tier 2 issues to appropriate internal teams in a timely manner
•Deliver exceptional customer service to executives, engineers, and operations staff
•Handle a high volume of quick-turnaround support requests daily Minimum Requirements:
•1 years of IT support experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR 3 years of experience without a degree
•Experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support environment
•Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and Linux/Ubuntu operating systems
•Experience supporting hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
•Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment and lift up to 25 lbs Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience supporting executives or high-level business users
•Background supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, medical, or legal office environments
•Experience in white glove or concierge-style IT support
•Exposure to robotics, manufacturing, or enterprise office environments
•Prior experience handling walk-up support desks or first-call resolution environments
