Controller POST NUMBER: 475141
We’re seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations, including monthly/quarterly reporting, year-end close, audits, and cash management. This role will own the accounting for complex joint venture structures , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely consolidation. The Controller will partner closely with leadership on financial strategy, internal controls, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience managing full-cycle accounting and year-end close
- Hands-on joint venture accounting expertise (required)
- CPA and/or Big Four public accounting background strongly preferred
- Proficiency in financial reporting, consolidations, and audit coordination
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
