Position Overview: The Pediatric Pharmacy Clinical Manager will lead and oversee pediatric clinical pharmacy services, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and safe pharmaceutical practices for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical pharmacy programs for pediatric patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize medication therapy
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and pediatric dosing safety protocols
- Provide clinical education, mentorship, and performance improvement leadership
- Manage pediatric clinical pharmacists and departmental performance
Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric pharmacy leadership or management experience
- PharmD preferred
