Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
Schedule: Part-Time (Wednesdays & Fridays), with potential for future Full-Time opportunity

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our busy outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ strength, mobility, and functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure efficient clinic flow and quality care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a PTA (or eligibility for licensure).
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position: Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Opportunity for full-time hours in the future as the clinic continues to grow.
