The Opportunity

A physical therapist–owned outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a growing PT/OT collaborative team at a newer clinic location in Norfolk, MA . This clinic is being thoughtfully built into a 4-therapist practice and is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping shape culture, caseload, and community presence.

The team is known for delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions — and for building long-term relationships that drive referrals through word of mouth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized PT care in dedicated 1:1 sessions
• Manage your own schedule with front desk support and waitlists
• Complete documentation and chart reviews efficiently
• Participate in 1–2 local community marketing events per year
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
