School Aide

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Dracut, MA to hire a ABA Paraprofessionals to work with elementary students on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Location: Dracut, MA

Duration: Remainder of the 2025/2026 school year, possible extension for ESY

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: M-F, 8:20am-2:30pm

Requirements: Candidates must be committed to full time, Monday-Friday schedule through the end of the school year. No vacation time strongly preferred. ABA experience required. Candidates must include two references with their application.

Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour (*Based on experience)

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
