The VP, Securities Finance Product leads product development for Fidelity’s Agency Lending business units. The team is responsible for creating and executing initiatives to design innovative solutions and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business unit and technology to design innovative solutions.
  
• Develop and document business requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and support production releases.
  
• Implement solutions to help grow the business.
  
• Support the trading desk in a fast-paced environment, including troubleshooting issues and acting as a liaison with technology and business partners.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus
  
• 15+ years of relatable business experience
  
• Technical or Securities Finance background preferred
  
• Strong SQL and analytical skills and the ability to work on large datasets
  
• Experience in requirements writing, product management, and business/technical analysis
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requirements accordingly
  
• 7+ years of Agency Lending, Securities Finance or Capital Markets experience a plus
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
  
• Knowledge of Agile is a plus

The Team

The team interacts with Technology, Vendors, Trading, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance. The product development team works with all partners to create new features and functionality to promote growth and Fidelity’s success.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends onsite and offsite work experiences. Most hybrid roles require onsite presence every other week (Mon–Fri) in a Fidelity office.
