We are looking for an experienced leader to lead a weatherization team in performing weatherization services, including air sealing, insulation installation, and ventilation improvements. This role requires technical skill and attention to detail to ensure high standards of work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

• Lead a team in Insulating and weatherizing residential and commercial buildings.
• Using various types of insulation materials and installation methods.
• Air sealing attics, basements, crawlspaces etc. as needed.
• Ensure work is being completed to the highest standards.
• Installing ventilation including roof vents.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Weatherization Crew Lead Certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in confined, sometimes cluttered conditions
• Comfortable on tall ladders and rooftops
• Comfortable working outside year round
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be Eligible to work in (U.S)
