Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged students, including IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Adaptable and collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Implement evidence-based therapy plans targeting language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing goals and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster optimal communication skills in students
• Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
• Maintain thorough records and ensure timely documentation in compliance with school standards
