Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and inspecting parts on CNC milling machines while maintaining tight tolerances and adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (vertical and/or horizontal).
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain tight tolerances per customer and internal specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust offsets as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC milling experience (medical or precision manufacturing preferred).
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with G-code and conversational programming a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 1st shift (typical hours: 6:00am-2:00pm) Flexible on the hours
