Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Postpartum or Mother-Baby unit.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
- Experience with breastfeeding support and newborn assessment.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to postpartum care.
