CDL Truck Driver

We are currently seeking a dependable Local Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of units, parts, and materials to and from customer and vendor locations. This is a local driving position with no overnight travel required, making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance and a stable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver and pick up trailers and units within the Western Massachusetts and Eastern New York area
• Perform and document pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Capture photos of delivered and received units for company records
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork
• Comply with all traffic laws and company driving policies
• Assist shop technicians with daily tasks when not on the road
• Support building maintenance technician as needed
• Pick up parts from local vendors and suppliers
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on company vehicles

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional communication skills with dispatchers, customers, and shop staff
• Strong attention to safety and compliance
• Prior experience operating tractor-trailers is a plus
