As part of our mission to empower adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders, you'll provide invaluable in-home and in-community support.

Schedule: While most client work occurs during regular daytime hours (9 AM–4 PM), we’re currently serving a client who schedules meetings later in the day. We’re looking for someone who can work flexibly within a 10 AM–6 PM timeframe to meet current and future client needs.

Essential Duties:
* Support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
* Aid individuals in completing housing applications and accessing government assistance programs.
* Help with monthly budgeting and effective household management for daily necessities.
* Implement support strategies to achieve the individual's personalized goals!
* Submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant community-based experience.
* Valid driver's license and existing insurance.
* Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
* Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
* Must have flexible availability.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
