VP Support Executive Assistant - $31/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Keep the VP’s calendar in check, scheduling meetings and appointments with ease
- Reach out to external contacts and their EAs to coordinate schedules for important meetings
- Assist in managing the VP’s portfolio of relationships and contacts
- Handle receipts and submit expenses through Workday on behalf of the VP
- Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Work with Excel, creating tables, graphs, and analyzing data
- Design PowerPoint presentations and provide support with various admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Executive Assistant experience, supporting senior executives (ideally 3+ years)
- Must be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel - VLOOKUP and large data sets)
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
