  • Genuine passion for infant care and early childhood development, with a nurturing and patient approach to caregiving
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work a full-time 8-hour shift within the center's operating hours, including opening and closing schedules as needed
  • Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including spending extended periods seated on the floor
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of a childcare classroom
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the classroom for the majority of the workday
What You'll Do

As an Infant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
