We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented property inspector/field laborer. The details of the position would include inspecting a group of properties twice a month, document findings with pictures and paperwork. Upload all documentation into shared systems. Every other week, mow the group of properties(during the season) remove liter and trash twice a month. Outside of the group of properties you would assist one of our other landscape and trash removal teams in day to day operations on various job sites, whether it be assisting in a pruning job, cutting overgrowth, transporting materials, organize shop and yard or etc as tasked by management. MUST be able to utilize google suite on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interior and exterior property inspections
• Assess property condition, safety, and compliance
• Take clear photographs and detailed notes
• Prepare accurate inspection reports within deadlines
• Communicate findings with management
• Be in contact with owners of the group of properties with the inspections and upload pictures into shared systems.
• Landscaping, and trash removal as designated by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Utilize google drive, dropbox, efficiently
