Fee For Service Clinicians/Therapist

Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for Social Workers, Mental health counselors, and Psychologists, to join our team part-time or full-time! hybrid fee-for-service. You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Masters level clinicians and new grads who are not yet licensed are recommended to also apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing their personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields preferred
• New grads are highly encouraged to apply
