Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff members.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
