Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role. - Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. - Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. - Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of order entry systems and processes is a plus.
