• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2500-$2630
• Location: Newton, MA (02459) and surrounding South Region communities: Ashland, Fayville, Framingham, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlboro, Southboro, Sudbury, Waltham, Wayland, Weston — Boston-area homecare coverage
• Assignment Type: Travel RN / Homecare RN
• Start Date: 04/19/2026 (subject to credentialing clearance)
• End Date: 07/18/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
• Weekend Rotation: Once every 6 weeks; must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of certified home health nursing experience (Homecare RN)
• Minimum 1 year of RN case management experience
• Reliable, independent means of transportation for home visits across Newton and surrounding communities
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotation
• Ability to complete timely and thorough electronic documentation (EHR / electronic charting)
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in the community

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical home health services to patients of all ages in their homes, from infants to older adults
• Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans as a Homecare RN
• Deliver patient and family education, discharge planning, and ongoing support
• Manage admissions, case management duties, and care coordination in accordance with organizational policies and Massachusetts home health standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation and communicate patient changes promptly
