Industrial Maintenance Technician | Corrugated Manufacturing | On-Site

Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for its 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems across the plant to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and production efficiency.

Location: Devens, MA

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00PM-7:00AM

Training: First shift or split first/second shift

Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly online safety training.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety training.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems.
• Support general maintenance tasks including plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Adhere to OSHA, fire, and electrical safety codes and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems.
• Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read schematics and perform precise troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent technical school training plus work experience.
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including AC/DC motor control, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in packaging, containers, or corrugated materials.
