Service Technician – Hydraulic Machinery (Direct Hire)
Acton, MA | Full-Time | On-Site | 20% Travel (North America & Canada)
We are hiring a Service Technician to join a growing manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong experience in hydraulic machinery , troubleshooting, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic machines
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues
- Provide on-site and remote customer service and technical support
- Lead installation, testing, and repair projects in coordination with the technical team
- Support customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Travel up to 20% annually for training, installations, and customer support
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Training availability preferred: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Mechanical Technician
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% per year
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
