All Care, a trusted leader in home care and hospice for over a century, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of All Care Resources to lead and grow our private duty and adult foster care division. This role program growth, program development, operations, quality and staffing.

Position Type : Full Time

• Lead and manage all operations of All Care’s private duty and adult foster care division.
• Responsible for the grow of private pay services, adult foster care, ASAP contracting, and new business.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensure standards, and All Care policies.
• Monitor quality, implement improvement initiatives, and support excellent client outcomes.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and continuity of care.
• Oversee budget, productivity, and program performance.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in private duty, home care, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of home health care services.
• Experience with staffing oversight, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care.
