Seeking an experienced Pharmacist to work night shifts in a Cape Cod location. This contract role is based in East Falmouth, MA, providing a great opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy the unique atmosphere and community of Cape Cod.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify prescriptions for appropriateness and potential drug interactions.
- Provide patient counseling and respond to medication-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably retail or hospital.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug products and RX practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift hours on Cape Cod.
