We’re a collaborative and growing outpatient physical therapy practice located in the heart of Brookline, MA, currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. With six experienced therapists on staff, we offer a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence, mentorship, and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Health, Dental, Vision Insurance: 50% employer contribution for employee or family plans
• 401(k): 3% match after 1 year, with increases based on employee contributions
• 3 weeks of PTO
• 5 paid sick days
• 8 paid holidays + additional floating holidays
• Continuing Education: $500 annual reimbursement (negotiable)
• Student Loan Reimbursement: $5,000 after year 1 and $10,000 after year 2 (negotiable)
• Profit Sharing: Eligible after 1 year, based on performance

Position Overview:

• Setting: 100% Outpatient
• Clinic Size: 2,000 sq. ft.
• Patient Population: Young adolescents through geriatrics
• Treatment Focus Areas: Orthopedic, Neurologic, Balance, and Vestibular
• One-on-one patient care
• 40-minute sessions initially, transitioning to 30–35 minutes
• 5–10 minutes for documentation per session
• EMR: Transitioning from TheraOffice to Prompt
• Payor Mix: Majority commercial insurance, plus cash pay and Medicare

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 30–35 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
• Open to new graduates
• Ideally seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience
• Backgrounds from home health, acute care, SNF, or outpatient settings all welcome
