Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team in Framingham, MA, 01702. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the database as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the shipping and receiving area.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
