EM Assembler II – Immediate Openings

A leading manufacturing facility in the Westborough area is seeking reliable and detail-oriented EM Assembler II to support daily operations. These are temp-to-hire positions with long-term career potential for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, and stage materials throughout the production and warehouse areas
• Support basic assembly and production tasks as needed
• Package and label finished products for shipment
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet daily production goals
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to support production flow and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or material handling role preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to cross-train across departments
