We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our newest ZWILLING Factory Outlet , opening later this summer in Wrentham, Massachusetts , serving the greater Boston and Providence metro areas.

Personnel Management:
- Recruit top talent for our retail store.
- Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations
- Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments
- Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment
- Uphold company policies and standards
Retail Store Operations:
- Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees.
Marketing and Customer Relations
- Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
- Build local brand awareness through community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate on the planning and execution in-store and off-site events
Qualifications and Skills:
- Genuine passion for culinary products and experiences
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant retail experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
- Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 35 lbs. or more
- Comfortable using a ladder
