Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Boston, MA 02114
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 year's experience recruiting financial services professionals either in a corporate or search firm recruiting role with demonstrated full life cycle recruiting responsibilities.
- Campus and other community-based entry-level recruiting experience required. Proven capabilities with recruiting passive candidates using social media technologies and resume database searches, among other methods.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft E-Recruit or Oracle Taleo experience preferred) with demonstrated compliance and recruiting administration experience.
- Accomplished proficiency with MS Office applications and internet database usage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of behaviorally based interviewing techniques Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to constant change with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven dependability; committed to working as a trusted team member, able to build and maximize professional relationships.
