Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients in CCU, with ongoing assessment and timely escalation as needed
- Manage ventilation support, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring under physician guidance
- Administer medications and therapies, operate related monitoring equipment, and document responses
- Document patient data in Meditech Expanse and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, ensure adherence to unit protocols, and support patient and family education

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with profile)
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license (Nursing Pool) required upfront
- Minimum 2 years of current CCU/ICU experience
- Ventilation, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring experience
- IV qualifications; BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- Meditech Expanse experience preferred
