Job details:
Position: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Med Surg) SNSN SN
Location: Pittsfield, MA.
Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Duties:
• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor and manage patients with telemetry and acute medical conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and coordinate patient care plans.
• Float to other Med Surg units as needed based on facility requirements.
• Document all patient care using Meditech Expanse EMR.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS (AHA) required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Willingness to float to any Med Surg unit required
• Basic dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
• Must have own vehicle for assignment
• Must not reside within 50 miles of facility
• No block scheduling allowed
• RTO must be submitted at time of profile (max 5 days allowed)
• Two interview availability slots required at submission
• Voicemail must be set up and reachable for facility contact
• Massachusetts agency nursing license required for submission approval
