How you'll make an impact

The Private Client Commercial Service Manager is a pivotal role responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized, and exceptional service to Private Client customers. This role involves managing the day-to-day account needs of an assigned portfolio of clients, ranging from relatively straightforward to more complex accounts. Reporting directly to the Private Client Commercial Client Service Supervisor, the Service Manager plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth while contributing to the overall success of Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Private Client customers, ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience.
  • Manage the renewal process end-to-end, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with existing clients by providing bespoke, ongoing service and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Actively contribute to client retention by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Drive client growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional lines of coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client expectations and AJG’s standards.
  • Support a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Insurance knowledge - P&C experience preferred.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
