Executive operations lead

We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Search Operations Lead at a biopharma co. in Downtown Boston, MA, 02210. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of managing executive level calendars, project management and coordination within Talent Acquisition.


The ideal candidate has exposure and experience within “executive search.”


This is a temporary role (est. 1 year with a possibility of extension) and will pay up to $50.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.



Role will be heavily balanced across project management and coordinator - will be managing 10-15 executive level calendars.


On-site 5 days per week.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports to Director of Talent Acquisition
• Role will be heavily balanced across project management and coordinator - will be managing 10-15 executive level calendars
• Will be on the phone often debriefing calls for leadership
• Manage up to 10 searches at a time (VP+ roles)
• Assist with executive search; may have to assist with recruiting, etc.
• Manage complex interview schedules

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of managing executive level calendars, project management and coordination within Talent Acquisition

• Experience in both an EA capacity and in senior level search
• Awareness of interview cycle and manage complex interview schedules
• Proactive with strong communication skills
• Needs to be very personable
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Coupa and/or Workday and/or SmartSheet preferred
